You might wondering what's the difference between the adopt character and character design commission?It's different in the services:♣ ---- Character Design Commission ---- ♣- I made the design especially for you based from your character details & references [aesthetic, lore/story, trivia, personality, basic profile, etc.]! Discussions during work in progress are allowed!

- Design & illustration creation rights are belongs to me (ririirisly) as the artist/illustrator.

For this type service, you must agree to all rules / Terms of Service on my commission carrd information (see the information here). ↓

♣ ---- Adopt Character Design ---- ♣- I made the character design without any discussion. Mostly related to foods, objects, myth or certain aesthetics that inspires me.
It is a pre-made design.

- When do a purchase transaction, it means:
> the buyer/client is purchasing the rights (ownership) of the design. You can use it for various things (e.g.: roleplay, mascot, character for your story, your online persona, etc.).> Design & illustration creation rights are belongs to me (ririirisly) as the artist/illustrator.

Terms & Conditions
-purchasing my designs means you automatically agreed to my terms and conditions-

  • I sell design only.

  • I sell through VGen & won't sell outside from that platform (unless you are local ID).

  • The prices all in USD currency. Local ID price: "usd currency set price" x 12 K.

  • Negotiate price OK! message me on vgen (for overseas) or dm to my social (for locals).

  • No refund & no payment plan! Also, I don't do "on hold" system too.

  • Credit me (ririirisly) for the design creation & illustration.

  • I'm allowed to use it as portfolio & showcase.

  • Any kinds of editing/modifying on the design/artwork are allowed! But, do not directly do it on my design/artwork creation. Please edit/modify separately & do not delete the original version.

  • Do not use my design creation for any kind of blockchain-related technology. (e.g. NFT, cryptocurrency, AI, etc.)

  • The outfit for use on a different character is OK!

  • Don't use my design & artworks for any copying / tracing / etc.

  • Don't use my design & artworks to create any kinds of hate / provocative / offensive / sensitive contents.

  • Gift to someone is OK! Message me to inform who's the new owner.

  • Re-selling of the adopt is OK, but the requirements are:
    ♠ Inform me before selling it.
    ♠ Lower price or same price! Don't raise the price.
    ♠ Inform me who's the new owner.

♦ Personal (+ commercial content / digital) usage ♦
- Fixed price from the price that has been set on vgen shop by me.
- using the design asset for profit are allowed in form of content/digital use only (without limits).
♦ Commercial merchandise usage ♦
- + 90 USD
- Using the design asset for profit are allowed in form both content/digital + physical goods (without limits).

You'll receive:
♠ Design sheet
♠ Character illustration (will be used for showcase cover on vgen, twitter and instagram.)- the artwork usually will be "sketch-flat colour / sketch-paint" or "flat colour lineart".
